Elite Dues Structure
$750.00 – In addition to all benefits and privileges of Standard Annual Single or Dual Membership the Silver Member is entitled to one on one mentoring one (1) time per year. Each mentoring session will be for no less than six (6) hours per session. Silver Members are also entitled to attend all monthly meetings, special events and private functions at Silver Membership prices. The Silver Membership also includes a one year legal insurance plan.
Sign Up Now$1,600.00 – In addition to all benefits and privileges of Standard Annual Single or Dual Membership the Silver Member is entitled to one on one mentoring two (2) times per year. Each mentoring session will be for no less than six (6) hours per session. Silver Members are also entitled to attend all monthly meetings, special events and private functions at Silver Membership prices. The Silver Membership also includes a one year legal insurance plan.
$2,400.00 – In addition to all benefits and privileges of Standard Annual Single or Dual Membership the Gold Member is entitled to one on one mentoring four (4) times per year. Each mentoring session will be for no less than six (6) hours per session. Gold Members are also entitled to attend all monthly meetings, special events and private functions at Diamond Membership prices. The Platinum Membership also includes a one year legal insurance plan.

Each mentoring session will be for no less than six (6) hours per session. Platinum Members are entitled to attend all monthly meetings, special events and private functions at Platinum Membership prices. The Platinum Membership also includes a one year legal insurance plan.

Each mentoring session will be for no less than six (6) hours per session. Diamond Members are also entitled to attend all monthly meetings, special events and private functions at Diamond Membership prices. The Diamond Membership also includes a one year legal insurance plan.
Consulting & Mentoring
$75.00 per hour – Consulting and Mentoring either by phone, in the offices of the Missouri Real Estate Investors Association at a work site under the direction of the Missouri Real Estate Investors Association on. Topics include business management, using Quickbooks as an investor, choosing a business entity, property management, land trusts, insurance, ethics and many more.
Guest Fees
$20.00 Guest Fee – Guests can attend one monthly meeting at no charge. Every meeting after that is $20.00 each. Up to three attendance fees paid by the guest can be applied to any annual membership then being offered.
